How we got here…
Wilhelm’s Window Washing started in 2018, branching off of Northern Michigan Janitorial Services, shortly after Andrew Wilhelm took ownership over NMJS. Starting with a folding ladder stuffed in the trunk of his 4 door sedan, Andrew was able to build trust and provide a service customers could count on. Over the years, through long summer days and wonderful customers, we now have multiple window cleaners and our own dedicated window vans.

When we work…
We work when it’s not storming. Little bits of rain, snow, or light winds do not typically deter our schedule. But for the safety of our crew we reserve the right to delay or reschedule appointments as necessary. Our normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm, expect start and finish times to fall into that timeframe. We will use weekend availability to make up for rain and other delays as necessary, but do not make weekends regular working days.
Start of the season! In Northern Michigan we never know when Spring really arrives. Each year plan on residential season starting May 1st. April has always been messy with rain and snow mixtures that don’t mix well with ladders, heights and buckets of water, so we try to work with mother nature instead of against her. Our last planned date for residential cleaning is November 14th. Again, we never know when the snow is here to stay but deer day has been a nice marked date.
For many business we work year round keeping your storefronts clean and clear for you and your customers. We currently have year round “route” work in Cadillac, Traverse City, Lake City, Manton, and Marion. If you have a business interested in being added to our monthly or bi-monthly route, we are always looking to expand.
